Welcome	Mayor Richard Daley welcomes you to the UCSB College of Creative Studies Computer Science Laboratory! This used to be the home of the lab web app which allowed students to see what computers were available in the lab (a collection of Windows, Mac, and Unix machines), as well as providing a way to see who was in the lab at any given time. Later, it also served to manage access to the lab's wireless network before the university installed wireless in the building. The web app was originally written in PHP and then in Python and Django with other components that ran on the lab computers written in Python and other languages.
